1. Bill Payments & Recharges

Refunds for mobile recharges and bill payments are subject to the policies of the respective service providers. If a transaction fails but money is deducted, it will usually be refunded to your source account within 5-7 business days.

2. Wallet Transactions

Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable. However, if there is a technical error, please contact our support team for assistance.

3. Fees & Charges

Processing fees, convenience fees, and other service charges collected by Paydeer are non-refundable unless the service was not provided due to a technical failure on our part.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please raise a ticket through the "Help & Support" section of the app within 30 days of the transaction.

5. Timelines

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
